Sweet recipes
We love sweet things and although we avoid refined sugars, that doesn’t mean that we don’t indulge in yummy home-made cookies, cakes, muffins, desserts and sweets. 🙂
In our recipes we do sometimes use some alternative sweetners such as honey, agave syrup and coconut blossom sugar. And we’ve experienced that once you use less (and less) sweetners, the body gets adjusted to that, so nowadays almost everything tastes sweet! 🙂
