Delicious, creamy, refreshing and just about perfect anytime during the day! Enjoy it for breakfast, as a midafternoon snack, or why not for dessert with some fresh strawberries on top!


Ingredients
1/2 avocado
1 dl coconut milk
2 dl almond milk
A big handful of frozen or fresh strawberries
A small handful of sultanas


Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz it together until it is all smooth and creamy. Add more or less coconut/almond milk to make your smoothie more or less thick.


Inspiration
In an amazing little organic and vegan restaurant (Blue Planet Café), just a couple of minutes scooter ride from Agonda Beach in India, we got the inspiration for this smoothie. We made our own version of it and we love it! This fantastic smoothie is delicious, creamy, refreshing and just about perfect anytime during the day. Enjoy it for breakfast, as a midafternoon snack, or why not for dessert with some fresh strawberries on top!
