I’m on a path of exploration. Last year I decided to step out of my comfort zone, leave my job, start up my own company and spend more time doing the things I love: yoga, acroyoga, cook and travel.
Originally I’m from Sweden, but I have travelled and lived abroad since my 19th. My love for learning languages and getting to know other cultures has taken me to the US, Spain, UK, Peru and the Netherlands.
After completing my bachelor in econonomics at Utrecht University, I worked 5 years for Tilburg University promoting study abroad programmes, and working with international marketing and recruitment.
Last year I started my own company in order to create more freedom in my life. I have done study abroad related projects for the university and currently I am focusing on projects in internetmarking.
A few years back I ‘discovered’ yoga and acroyoga, and life has not been the same since. 🙂 The connection with myself and others, the playfulness and the energy that it gives me to practice is incredible. My passion for sharing this feeling and my love for yoga brought me to Goa, India and to the Yoga Teacher Training that I completed at Sampoorna Yoga in December last year.
After a wonderful teacher training in Bali with Yogabeyond, I’m also a certified Acrovinyasa Yoga Teacher.

I love to follow my own path. After getting my master in economics at Tilburg University (2001), I worked for 10 years in business life, mostly as a quality manager and a projectmanager.
After that, I completed a 4-year parttime study Integrative Psychotherapy (2010) and worked as a therapist, coach, and mindfulness trainer.
In 2011 I started an internetcompany in internetmarketing for therapists and psychologists.
I followed a couple of acroyoga immersions and massage therapy courses (thai massage, dynamic thai massage, marma point massage). I love to play with life energy, whether it’s giving a (thai) massage, singing mantra’s, or just in everyday life. Now I’m travelling with Elena around the world, sharing happiness.
